Situational Advisory

We are working hard to keep our clients up-to-date with the relevant incidents in their area of operations. Our goal is to make our clients aware of the latest context updates, potential risks and they are briefed on scenarios forecasting. Our services include the provision of operational and situational advisory support for clients, usually through monthly insight paper, flash reports, post-incident review or other situational analysis. 

We can provide our clients with face-to-face advisory sessions, and post-event debriefings to allow them get answers of all concerning questions and to identify lessons learned and drive a process of continual improvement. In the event of any major security crisis, it is relatively common to provide our clients with a subject matter expert to provide ongoing advice to the Crisis Management Team.
